How long can I rent a dress for?
Our rental prices covers four days, if you wish to extend to 7 days, please reach out to us at stylelibrarykildare@gmail.com.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you may cancel your order up to 21 days before your event to receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 21 days of the event, we’ll provide a credit note for the amount of your booking.
What happens if the dress gets damaged?
If the dress is damaged beyond repair, you’ll be responsible for covering its current retail value. For damage that can be fixed, we’ll contact you directly to discuss the repair costs.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
No cleaning is required! Simply place the dress in its original box, attach the prepaid return label, and send it back to us. We’ll handle the dry cleaning for you. Please refrain from attempting to clean the dress yourself, as this may cause further damage.
How does the delivery process work?
We use An Post for deliveries. Your dress will arrive on the first day of your booking. Once the rental period ends, return the dress by placing it in the box, attaching the prepaid label, and dropping it off at your local post office before 4 PM on the return date. For any concerns, feel free to email us directly.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
If you’re unsure about sizing when booking, please contact us for guidance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the dress doesn’t fit, as it won’t be available for other customers during your rental period.
